Head Chef Joshua Deer utilises locally and organically
grown produce to create sumptuous menus to tempt
and inspire even the fussiest of tastebuds. Vito and
Joshua hand-pick all of our seafood, which is South Australian
caught daily.
Joshua has a history of creating
fine dining experiences amoung the names of Red Ochre, The
Blanc and Radisson Playford. Vito takes special care
in passing his family secrets of Italian cuisine on
to Joshua, where he brings new life to these
traditional dishes.
